Each year, the APAC Food Safety Conference is attended by more than two hundred delegates across the retail, agriculture, food production and manufacturing, food packaging and food service industries.

The theme for the 2019 conference is ‘Emerging Food Safety Risks: Meeting the Challenge’. Formerly known as the Australian HACCP Conference, this year it will celebrate 26 years of being the must-attend event for food safety professionals and international experts from across the retail, agricultural and food industries.
